'Nasik' also known as 'Nashik' is the third largest Municipal
Corporation in Maharashtra, with
approximately 25 percent area under residential zone. The credit
plan of this city for the year 2006 amounts to an astounding
Rs.2120.79 crores, the second largest in the country, with a growth
of 29 percent than previous year and is considered as a Tier III
city in West India by top property consultants firms. Competent
rental property tax structure and minimal in whole Maharashtra, with
twice the self assessment property tax amount for residential
premises
and thrice for commercial premises. Nasik also boasts a SEZ in
Sinnar which is unique in
supporting mulitiple products and it also comes as one of the cities
